Estier is a Sydney planning and construction company. Coast Build is its residential brand: the homes side of the business, for owners on the beaches, the harbour and the coast who want one builder to price, approve and build what their architect has drawn.
A fixed price off your architect's or designer's drawings for houses, duplexes, terraces, manor houses and studios, with a clear list of what is in and what is not.
Complying development and development applications, and the consultants they need. We built Block Checker, which reads the controls for every block in Greater Sydney and the coast.
Licensed residential builder. Our own site managers, long-standing trades, fixed-price contracts, home warranty insurance on every job that needs it.
Shops, offices, cafes and medical fitouts are built by our commercial brand, City Fitouts.
The Northern Beaches from Manly to Palm Beach and the Forest; Mosman and the Lower North Shore; the Eastern Suburbs from Bondi to Maroubra; Bayside and the Sutherland Shire to Cronulla; the Illawarra from Helensburgh to Wollongong and Kiama; and the Central Coast.
